Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dvain Solutions ("Dvain Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Still (the "App") and related services (together, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Still may collect a username or display name that you choose, your onboarding settings, focus preferences, schedule settings, daily limits, and similar app configuration choices.
Focus and lobby activity
To operate Still's shared focus lobby and progress features, we may process an app-generated user identifier, avatar seed, lobby membership, session start and end times, session outcomes, duration minutes, streaks, discipline and stillness scores, and related activity events.
Screen Time and app-blocking information
If you enable Screen Time protection, Still uses Apple's FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings frameworks to let you select apps or categories to limit, monitor thresholds, and apply shields. The selected app/category tokens and protection settings are stored on your device and in the app group used by Still's iOS extensions. We do not sell this information.
Purchase and subscription information
If you purchase, restore, or manage a subscription, Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement information so the App can verify premium access. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
Device, diagnostics, and support information
Still may use an app-generated identifier stored in the device keychain to keep your profile and purchases consistent. If you contact us, we collect the information you include in your message. Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare may process technical information such as device data, request metadata, IP address, transaction data, logs, and diagnostics as needed to provide their services.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide the App's focus sessions, app-blocking flow, lobby, statistics, and calming tools;
- store your settings and restore your in-app experience;
- verify subscription status and premium entitlements;
- send local notifications related to Still's shield and lobby flows, if you allow notifications;
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- respond to support requests; and
- comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.
3. Third-Party Services and Libraries
Still uses third-party services and software libraries to operate the App. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to their processing of information:
- Supabase, for backend database, realtime, and related infrastructure: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- RevenueCat, for subscription entitlement management and paywalls: Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
- Apple, for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, Screen Time frameworks, and notifications: Privacy Policy, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- Cloudflare, for hosting and delivery of this legal website and related web infrastructure: Privacy Policy and Website Terms.
Still also includes open-source software dependencies, including Supabase Swift, RevenueCat Purchases for iOS, and supporting Swift packages such as Swift Crypto, Swift ASN.1, Swift HTTP Types, Swift Clocks, Swift Concurrency Extras, and XCTest Dynamic Overlay. These libraries run as part of the App; they do not, by themselves, create separate accounts with us.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers only as needed to provide and support the Service, including Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Cloudflare. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Service, or others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Some information is stored locally on your device, including app settings, selected Screen Time tokens, local statistics, local session history, and extension state. Some focus lobby, profile, session, event, and purchase-entitlement information may be stored by our service providers. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You can choose not to enable Screen Time protection or notifications.
- You can change selected apps, categories, schedules, and limits in the App.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can uninstall the App to remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to iOS behavior and any backups you control.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Still is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
9. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws different from your own.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means the revised policy applies.
